We understand what landlords, tenants, agents and relocation agents
expect from an inventory clerk. We act for institutional, property
investment, private landlords, and international relocation agencies.
Our
fee is set by reference to the price guide which you will find
on the "How much?" page.
Please remember that this is only a price guide. Factors which may increase the
price include heavily furnished properties, extra reception rooms (such as study,
dining room, lounge area, conservatory).
Through-lounge dining rooms will be counted as two separate rooms.
It is important when instructing us to provide accurate information as to the
number of rooms and whether or not the property is heavily furnished. Without
this information it may not be possible to provide you with an accurate price
guide prior to inspection.
Payment is due within 28 days of the date of our invoice which will be dispatched
with the report except where we are instructed on behalf of a private landlord
where we will require payment before the report is released.
If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of inspection for whatever reason,
our fee is still payable except in the case of unforessen circumstances which
we would be happy to discuss with you.
We will provide three copies of the report. Any further copies will be charged
for at the rate of £5 per copy.
